An enjoyably twisted, hard-R anthology series with a blood soaked roster that spans three decades of terrifying talent, Masters of Horror features one-hour scare-fests from the likes of John Carpenter, John Landis, Joe Dante, Dario Argento, Stuart Gordon and Tobe Hooper. Created by Mick Garris, who helmed a number of Stephen King adaptations for television, the program ran for two seasons before evolving into the primetime-friendly iteration, Fear Itself.
